Dear Council Member,
My husband and I will reside at 326 3rd Ave NE and we have reviewed the plans for the house across the
alley from us. We have no problems with them being granted a variance. In fact, we hope that you will
be able to do that as it will be an extreme cost to them otherwise and there is no common- sense need
for that to happen. Have a good day.

I am all for the minor changes with the home structure that old town is submitting. They do a great job
and have enhance our downtown community tremendously.
