Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, in
Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said quarter section, thence South 89 degrees 12
minutes 13 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the north line of said quarter section
1,177.71 feet; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 13 seconds West 26.53 feet; thence
South 00 degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds East 554.73 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48
minutes 03 seconds West 60.05 feet to the western right -of -way line of Third Avenue as
described in the deed to The City of Carmel Board of Public Works, recorded as
Instrument number 99- 9923663 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds West along said western right -
of -way line 263.17 feet to a southwestern right -of -way line of said City of Carmel land
and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description: thence along said southwestern
right -of -way line North 43 degrees 47 minutes 16 seconds West 52.93 feet, thence South
89 degrees 54 minutes 04 seconds East 6.26 feet; thence South 44 degrees 59 minutes 38
seconds East 42.79 feet; thence South 00 degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds East 7.93 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 238 square feet or 0.0055 acres, more or less.
