The Drywall Subcontractor understands and agrees that his base price for
each of the Standard Model Plans includes all labor, llaterials,
insurance, tools equipment and taxes necessary to complete all drywall
stocking, hanging, finishing and ceiling texturing in a prompt,
competent and workmanlike manner including the following:
