Any item not covered, not shown in drawings, not questioned or not clarified prior to bidding that is necessary for proper execution and completion of any scope of work shall be provided by the Bidding Contractor at their own expense. 28) The General Contractor shall be responsible for the accuracy of the building lines and levels and keeping the structure in square. The General Contractor shall compare carefully the lines and levels shown on the drawings with existing levels for the construction of the work. They shall coil to the Owner's attention to any discrepancies before proceeding with any required correction and the work. 29) Dimensions shown on plans and details are to face of stud walls, centerlines of piers/ columns, face of masonry and face of concrete, unless otherwise noted. Written dimensions shall take precedence over scaled dimensions. 30) Contractors prior to bidding shall guarantee that all their Sub - bidders or Sub- contractors shall be given complete full sets of plans to ensure that they have included all items necessary to complete their work.
