There is hereby created for the benefit of each lot a non — exclusive easement for the conveyance and storage of storm water runoff
over, across, under and through the strips of ground identified as Drainage Easements on the plat.
This Plat consists of 7 Lots, numbered 1 -7 and one common areas designated as Common
Area A, together with streets, all as shown on the within plat. The size of the Lots,
Common Area and the width of the street rights of way is shown in figures denoting feet
and decimal parts thereof. The common area is subject to variable Utility and Drainage Easements.

developer of real estate described in the plat of MERCHANTS' POINTE,
does hereby layoff, plat and subdivide the some in accordance with the foregoing plat
of MERCHANTS' POINTE.
This subdivision shall be known & designated as "MERCHANTS' POINTE."
All streets shown and not heretofore dedicated are hereby dedicated to the
public for its use.
