NO CONSTRUCTION OR FABRICATION SHALL BE61N UNTIL THE CON- TRACTOR HAS RECEIVED AND THOROU&HLY REVIEWED ALL PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS APPROVED BY ALL OF THE PERMITTING AUTHORITIES. 2. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND THE REOUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITY. 3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCY BETWEEN EXISTING CONDITIONS 4 PLANS ETC... 4. BEFORE STARTING 6PRADIN& OPERATIONS SEE LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR TREATMENT OF EXI5TIN& GRADE, PLANTING PLAN 4 PLANTING SCHEDULE. 5. 51TE &RADING SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PLANS AND SPEC, IFICATION5. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A COMPACTION REPORT PREPARED BY A QUALIFIED SOILS ENGINEER, REGISTERED WITHIN THE STATE WHERE THE WORK 15 PERFORMED, VERIFYIN& THAT ALL FILLED AREAS AND SUB6RADE AREAS WITHIN THE BUILDING PAD AREA AND AREAS TO BE PAVED HAVE BEEN COMP- ACTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. 6, ALL DIMENSION5 AND GRADES SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHALL 13E FIELD VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY TACO BELL 'S CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IF ANY DISCREPANCIES EXIST PRIOR TO PROGEEDIN& WITH CONSTRUCTION FOR NECESSARY PLAN OR GRADE CHAN&M.
