HANG ALL PIPING AND DUCTWORK INDEPENDENTLY OF EACH OTHER AND THE CEILING GRID. L. MAINTAIN 9" VERTICAL CLEARANCE SPACE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF PIPING, PIPING INSULATION, OR DUCTWORK AND THE CEILING. M. RE -ROUTE PIPING AROUND THIS AREA AS REQUIRED. b) SPRINKLER HEAD DEFLECTOR PLATES MUST BE AT 1 ' -6" ABOVE HIGH DENSITY FILES. W. ALL DIFFUSERS SHOWN ARE ASSUMED TO BE "TITUS" TMS -8' DIA NECK, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. WHERE EXISTING STOCK IS DEPLETED, PROVIDE NEW OF SAME TYPE, STYLE, COLOR, ETC. X. PRIOR TO ANY DEMOLITION WORK , MEASURE AND RECORD THE AIR FLOW RATE (CFM) OF THE ROOF TOP FAN EXHAUSTING AIR FROM THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS BEHIND THE ELEVATORS. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, BALANCE THE EXHAUST FAN TO THE PREVIOUS AIR FLOW RATE PLUS 200 CFM. (FOR THE ADDITIONAL FOURTH FLOOR REST ROOM). Y. PRIOR TO ANY DEMOLITION OR NEW WORK.
