OFF THE WALL SPORTS, LLC (Name of Client) understands that interpretation of ADA is a legal issue and not a design issue and, accordingly, retention of legal counsel for purposes of interposition is advisable. The designs for this project reflect only some recommendations for complying with arts of The Americans with Disabilities Act tADA) of 1992, and does not include any guarantees by the Rosk Group, Inc. and their agents or employees for satisfying all the provisions of the said Act. 1.5 To the filiest extent permitted by law., the Cwner or Owners and their Agent or Agents shall idemnify and hold harmless the Architect and the Engineer and their employees from and claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorneys fees arising out of, or resulting from the performance of the work describ- ed in Paragraph 1.3 herein. Pollutants mean any solid, liquid including storm water, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant including smoke, vapor, soot fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed. 4. Storm water means water from rain, hail, snow or sleet. B.
