No foundation or other storm water drains shall be interconnected to the sewer lateral installed and connected to the District's sanitary sewer. 3. The existing sewer line from the building to the septic tank may only be used if it is located under a building addition, patio, porch or paved driveway. Air test is required to show if acceptable for re -use. The property owner shall bear the cost of all testing. The District inspector must be onsite for the duration of the air test. 4. The owner or contractor shall notify the District prior to covering the installed lateral so that the District can make an inspection to determine compliance with the District's sewer use ordinance. Such notification shall be made 24 hours prior to the need for the inspection.
