Reduced to 3/12 which is minimum shed for water proofing. We did not provide detention for the 2nd Ave lots, but the drainage route for approx. half of the lots was maintained so that it could continue to flow east and into the dry detention facility. However, we have allowed for the the drainage to flow through the 3rd Ave site as that was the existing drainage path.
