Dear Mr. Garcia:
At the meeting held Monday, March 25,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 1631 West Main Street.
APPROVED:Docket No.13010008 V:Development Standards Variance for rear yard setback with Commitments:
1. House will be eighteen(18)feet set back from property line
2. Garage will be ten(10)feet
3. Landscaping will be put into place along property line to satisfaction of neighbors
4. Ancillary building will be painted
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is March 25,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit applications.
