Could the Great Room be reduced, at least 4 feet maybe? Also, if the room around the toilet in the master bath is removed, could that part of the structure be reduced 2-4 feet or so? 8. There is an easement which abuts the south property line of this parcel. We would request that the garage be at least 3 feet from the easement. This will allow for better access if work would need to be done in the easement. 9. Will construction affect any of the trees south of the garage? This vegetation should remain in place to help buffer the neighbors. Please let me know if you have any questions.
