Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals, at
a meeting on Monday, the 25th day of March, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public
Hearing upon an application for multiple Development Standards Variances
to the Carmel Zoning Ordinance: buffer yards; lighting at lot line; signage;
maximum lot coverage; required parking; side path; to allow for complete site
redevelopment for an automobile dealership located on the north side of East 96th
Street at 3300 East 96th Street.
The application is identified as Docket Nos. 13020007 V through 13020015
V.
The real estate affected by said application is located on the north side of
East 96th Street approximately 1,000 feet east of Keystone Parkway.
The application and supplementary documentation may be viewed at the
City of Carmel Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana, 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the
above application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be
heard at the above - mentioned time and place, or may file written comments with
the Department of Community Services prior to the hearing. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

Zoning Appeals to be held on Monday, March 25, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall,
Council Chambers. Wood Subaru RE, LLC is requesting various Development Standards
Variance approvals to implement a total site redevelopment for the Subaru dealership to be
located on the north side of East 96th Street at 3300 East 96th Street (immediately east of the
current location). Copies of the various applications are available for review at the Department of
Community Services for the City of Carmel (Third Floor of City Hall). I have also enclosed a
map of the area indentifying the site for your use and reference.
This is a public hearing and you may want to attend; however, your attendance is not
