Dear Mr.Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, March 25,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 3300 East 96th Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.13020007 V through 130200014 V:Development Standards Variances for elimination of
side yard buffer requirements;reduced width of front and rear yard buffer requirements;reduced plantings in bufferyards;
lighting no greater than 0.3 foot-candles at lot line;five signs per one street frontage;five signs facing a street;80%
maximum lot coverage;and decreased number of parking spaces.
WITHDRAWN by Petitioner:Docket No.130200015 V:Development Standard Variance for 10-foot side path required
per Transportation Plan.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is March 25,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
