County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 29 marked by a
5/8" rebar with cop stamped "S &A Firm No. 0008 "; thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 15 seconds East
along the East line of said Half Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 1,020.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap
stamped "S &A Firm No. 0008" and the Northeast corner of Stanford Park, Section Three (The Townhomes)
recorded as Instrument No. 200500033471 in Plot Cabinet 3 on Slide 637 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana; thence on and along the northerly lines of said Stanford Park, Section Three the

feet from said point; thence easterly along said curve and along the southern boundary of said Stanford Park,
Section Two A, 84.74 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap stamped "S &A Firm No. 0008" and also being the point of
tangency of said curve, said point being North 07 degrees 55 minutes 55 seconds West 365.00 feet from the
radius point of said curve; thence North 82 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds East along said southern boundary
161.15 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cop stamped "S &A Firm No. 0008 and the East line of the Southwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 53 West along said East line
181.07 to the place of beginning, containing 8.241 acres, more or less, subject to all legal highways,
rights -of -ways, easements, and restrictions of record.
This subdivision consists 44 lots labeled 109 -128, 187 -210 (all inclusive) and 1 Common Area labeled C.A. #10.
The size of lots and width of streets are shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.
Cross- Reference is hereby made to a survey plat prepared by Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc. in accordance
with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code recorded as Instrument Number
200400071460 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.

the State of Indiana and that the within plat represents a subdivision of the lands surveyed within the cross
referenced survey plot, and that to the best of my knowledge and belief there has been no change from the
matters of the survey revealed by the cross - reference survey on any lines that are common with the new
