We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office
on July 21, 2008, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area & MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel
2. The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project is located in the U.G. Mitchner Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. Please submit an indirect outlet permit, for the discharge into the U.G. Mitchner
Regulated Drain, to this office. The application is available on our website at
http: / /www.co.hamilton.in.us, go to Departments, Surveyor, and Forms.
5. Please note that further comments may be necessary at a later date.
