Br— Brookston silty clay loam.
The Hamilton County Soil Survey indicates that the Brookston silty cloy loom is nearly level,
deep, very poorly drained soil is in broad depressions, swales, and narrow drainageways on till
plains and is ponded by runoff from higher adjacent areas. The Hamilton County Soil Survey
indicates that the Brookston soil family presents moderate or severe limitations for commercial
construction due to the seasonal high water table, high potential frost action, moderate
shrink —swell potential and moderate permeability. These limitations will be addressed through
development with the erosion control guidelines, specifications and detail included on sheets
C401, C402, and C403.
CrA— Crosby silt loam, 0 to 3 percent slopes.
