Please find enclosed one mylar of the Replats of Stafford Place Sections 1 and 2. The Replats have been
updated per your email of June 6, 2010 and include:
- Docket No. 10060002 SP has been added to Section One
- Docket No. 10060003 SP has been added to Section Two
If everything appears to be in order would you please have the mylars signed by Mike Hollibaugh then
forward them down to Dave Barnes in the Engineering Department so that he can add them to the June
16, 2010 Board of Works agenda.

RE: Replat—Stafford Place—Lots in Section 1 and Section 2
Dear Mr. Sexton:
We have reviewed the replats submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on June 3,
2010, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls in the U.G. Mitchner Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. No permits will be needed from our office.
5. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the proposed replats.

Dear TAC Member,
Please find attached one digital file for each of the Re-Plats of Stafford Place Sections One &Two.
The purpose of the re-plats is to reduce the front building setback line of the included lots from 35' to 25'. No infrastructure
improvements are proposed as part of this replat and none of the existing site infrastructure will be altered. Also, no
existing easements will be vacated or relocated as a result of the replat. It is my understanding this replat will not be on
the agenda of a future Carmel Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting and the replat will be reviewed and approved
administratively by the Department of Community Services.
If you should need a hardcopy of the attached files please let me know and I'll be glad to mail one to you.

Dear Angie,
Please find enclosed the following items related to the Re-Plat of Stafford Place Sections 1 & 2:
1. 2 copies of Replat for each section
2. 2 copies of Replat Applications
3. .Filing Fee Checks payable to the City of Carmel in the amount of$ 299.00 Eeei'r
4. Copy of e-mail correspondence to TAC Members
The purpose of the replats is to reduce the front building setback line of the included lots from 35' to 25'.
No infrastructure improvements are proposed as part of these replats and none of the existing site
infrastructure will be altered. Also, no existing easements will be vacated or relocated as a result of the
replatting. It is my understanding these replats will not be on the agenda of a future Carmel Technical
Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting and the replats will be reviewed and approved administratively by the
Department of Community Services.
The proposed Re-Plats are located south of 146th Street and West of Gray Road as denoted in the area
map on the following page.
