The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of Carmel. 2. The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. The proposed project falls in the U.G. Mitchner Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. No permits will be needed from our office. 5. No infrastructure improvements are proposed as part of this replat and none of the existing site infrastructure will be altered. Also, no existing easements will be vacated or relocated as a result of the replat. It is my understanding this replat will not be on the agenda of a future Carmel Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting and the replat will be reviewed and approved administratively by the Department of Community Services.
