NOTICES AND PERMITS
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING, OR VERIFYING, THAT ALL PERMITS
AND APPROVALS ARE OBTAINED FROM THE RESPECTIVT CITY, COUNTY AND STATE AGENCIES
