Pursuant to Section 23D.04 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, the Department of Community Services has
taken the following administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in
Old Town for the property located at 711 1st Ave NE:
APPROVED: The Department has now approved the revised site plan and revised architectural building
elevations, attached.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making
application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
