9. ALL EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEMS ARE TO BE LOCATED BY CONTRACTOR ON
SITE AND REMOVED COMPLETEL7
10, ALL EXISTING WALKS AND DRIVEWAYS TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED BY
CONTRACTOR AND HAULED OFFSIFE.
11. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL DEMOLITION PERMITS REQUIRED BY

13. THE OWNER GETS THE FIRST PII:HT OF SALVAGE.
14. POWER POLES TO BE REMOVED & RELOCATED PER UTILITY CO.
15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN STREETS FREE AND CLEAR OF
SEDIMENT AND DEBRIS.
16. ALL EXISTING OFF -SITE DRAIN TILES THAT ARE ENCOUNTERED SHALL BE
TIED INTO THE PROPOSED STORM SEWER SYSTEM WITH A POSITIVE
OUTFLOW.
