Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana;
thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (assumed bearing) 1488.00 feet on and
along the East line of said Northeast Quarter to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West 438.79 feet to the center line
of Williams Creek, the following 2 courses follow the centerline of said Williams Creek; 1.)
thence North 06 degrees 24 minutes 58 seconds West 9.59 feet; 2.) thence North 21 degrees 59
