General
1. All Contractors are to verify all dimensions, notes, and
Builder's specifications, per their work.
2. All Contractors are to clean up the jobsite, per their work.
3. All Contractors are to verify all applicable codes or ordinances,
per their work; due to substitutions to any materials, eomponents,
or assemblies generically shown on these documents.
4. All materials, components, and assemblies shown in wale on
these documents are illustrated for design purposes only,
and may not be the actual size or model number used for
construction.
5. Notify Architect of any conflicts, per all drawing notes. Verify the
degree of "Finished" and "Unfinished" areas.
The Architect shall not have control of, or be responsible for construction
means, methods and procedures, costs, safety, other's written specifications,
and acts of omissions of the Owner, Builder, Subcontractors, or other persons
performing work on behalf of the Project
6. Apply all applicable practices to maintain permanent protection agAnst moisture
damage and water intrusion into the structure.
7. Architect shall approve any shop drawings required of this project.
& AN site planning, interior design, and kitchen -bath details are by
the appropriate Subcontractor.
9. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and ,
details are by appropriate Subcontractors.
Site
1. All fill brought to the site shall achieve minimum compaction
required for construction of this project.
2. Final grade shall be determined by individual site conditions.
3. Slope grade away from building perimeter.
4. Coordinate masonry ledge and/ or concrete foundation waft
with final grade. See "Wall Section" and ` De atione.
Framing / Structure
1. All framing to conform with practices, installation requirements,
and procedures of the suppliers, and manufacturers.
2. Floor and roof tresses, laminated beams, wood columns, joists,
rafters, and connectors shall to be sized and certified by the
manufacturer and/ or supplier.
3. Steel beams, columns, connectors, and assemblies shall be
sired and certified by the manufacturer /fabricator.
4. Floor and roof loads to be calculated per local codes and
conditions. Review all construction documents and specifications
to determine dead bads of materials, components, and
assemblies used on this project.
5. Ail. concrete, pre -cast or east- ir-place shall be sized and certified
by the supplier/fabricator.
