MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ARE TO COORDINATE THE CUTTING AND CAPPING OF ALL EXISTING UTILITY SERVICE LINES. HOWEVER, THE GENERAL DEMOLITION - CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT THAT WILL NOT BE REQUIRED ONCE THE UTILITY SERVICES HAVE BEEN CUT AND CAPPED. E. THE DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE THE CUTTING AND CAPPING OF ALL EXISTING UTILITY SERVICE LINES WITH THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS IN UNISON WITH THE GENERAL DEMOLITION WORK. F. PRIOR TO STARTING DEMOLITION, DUST CONTROL BARRIERS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF DUST INTO THE SURROUNDING AREAS. G. DEMOLITION SHALL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT DAMAGE TO ADJACENT RETAINED WORK. WHERE SUCH DAMAGE OCCURS, PATCH, REPAIR OR OTHERWISE RESTORE TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. REPAIR SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE ARCHITECT. H. WHERE DEMOLITION WORK LEAVES HOLES AND DAMAGED SURFACES THAT WILL BE EXPOSED ON FINISHED WORK, THOSE HOLES AND DAMAGED SURFACES SHALL BE PATCHED AND REPAIRED TO MATCH ADJACENT FINISHED SURFACES. I.
