THIS PROJECT IS A TENANT RENOVATION OF AN
EXISTING INTERIOR SPACE. DEMISING WALLS AND
EXTERIOR WALLS ON ALL FOUR SIDES ARE EITHER
EXISTING OR SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE
BUILDING LANDLORD. PREVIOUS OCCUPANCY WAS
A RESTAURANT. NEW OCCUPANCY WILL BE A
RESTAURANT.
THE BUILDING IS FULLY SPRINKLERED. ALL
ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING SPRINKLER
SYSTEM TO ACCOMMODATE THIS TENANT
