CONTRACTOR TO CREATE A TEMPORARY DAM, IF NEEDED, AROUND THE NEW OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTRE LOCATION. 3. PLUG THE EXISTING POUND OUTLET END SECTION. 4. INSTALL NEW OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURE. 5. PLUG THE INLETS OF THE NEW OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURE. 6. INSTALL A TEMPORARY INLET INSERT INTO THE GRATE INLET OF THE NEW OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURE, INLET INSERT MUST BE RATED TO TREAT THE MAXIMUM FLOW RATE THAT THE CONTRACTOR'S PUMP IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING. 7. COMMENCE WITH DE- WATERING OF THE POND. B. CONTRACTOR IS TO FREQUENTLY INSPECT THE INLET INSERT EACH DAY. CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR AND /OR REPLACE INLET INSERT AS NEEDED DUE TO DE- WATERING OF THE POND. 9. CONTRACTOR IS TO MOVE THE LOCATION OF PUMP INTAKE AS NEEDED DURING DE- WATERING. 10. CONTRACTOR IS TO FOLLOW ALL REGULATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND SPECIFICATIONS THAT THE CITY OF CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING PLACES ON THE OE- WATERING PROCEDURES. 11. CONTRACTOR IS TO MAINTAIN A DE- WATERED POND UNTIL THE POND RE- CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND ALL TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES FOR THE POND HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. INSTALL STORM SEWERS AND OTHER UTILITIES AND INSTALL THE TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL /BMP DEVICES AS INSTALLING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE SITE. 7. TEMPORARILY SEED ANY AREAS NOT GOING TO BE DISTURBED FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS. 8. AFTER POND RECONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED: 8.1. INSTALL TEMPORARY POND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES. 8.2.
