This Re —Plat excludes a portion of Block "A" and Common Areas 3 and 4 from it's platted boundaries, to be more commonly known as Parcel
"Z" and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Stanford Park Section 3 (The Townhomes); thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds West
