HomeMy WebLinkAboutCSO Architects - Parcel #26 Carmel Arts District - $17,500FLO CSO PROGRAMMING • PLANNING • DESIGN March 14, 2005 Mr. Les Olds, Director Carmel Redevelopment Commission One Civic Square Carmel, IN 46032 RE: Parcel 26 Carmel Arts District CSO #24352HC Dear Mr. Olds: On behalf of CSO Architects Inc., I am pleased to present this proposal to provide architectural, engineering and project management services to the Carmel Redevelopment Commission for Parcel 26 located in the Carmel Arts District of Old Town. These services will be provided under the contract for professional services dated December 29, 2000 between the Carmel Redevelopment Commission and CSO Architects, Inc. It is anticipated that this parcel will be released for proposals from interested development companies. Each will be responsible for procuring architectural and engineering services for their planned structure. It is anticipated the scope of services provided by CSO Architects, Inc. will include the following: • Assistance with procurement of surveys, soil borings and title search information. • Adjustment of Parcel 13/16 Design to respond to site - specific requirements. • Coordination with affected utilities. We propose to provide these on an hourly basis according to the attached hourly rate schedule. We would expect the cost of our services to not exceed $15,000 based on the scope of work as currently understood. Reimbursable expenses will be billed according to the attached price list. These expenses should not exceed $2,500. If we anticipate that the cost of our services will exceed the amounts listed above due to unforeseen conditions or changes, we will contact you to receive approval prior to beginning work.
