Pennsylvania St., Suite 800 Indianapolis, IN 46240 RE: Sky Bank, 3975 West 106th Street—pathway construction Dear Mr. Horsley: This letter is in regards to previous conversations with Department of Community Services' staff regarding the required installation of a 10' pathway along the perimeter of the Union Federal Bank, now Sky Bank property, located at 3975 West 106th Street. This pathway is shown on the development plan for Union Federal Bank, docket no. 110-03 DP, as required by the City's Subdivision Control Ordinance, Sections 6.01 and 8.09, and per the Carmel Thoroughfare Plan.
