RE: Sky Bank, 3975 West 106th Street—pathway construction
Dear Mr. Horsley:
This letter is in regards to previous conversations with Department of Community Services'
staff regarding the required installation of a 10' pathway along the perimeter of the Union
Federal Bank, now Sky Bank property, located at 3975 West 106th Street.
This pathway is shown on the development plan for Union Federal Bank, docket no. 110-03
DP, as required by the City's Subdivision Control Ordinance, Sections 6.01 and 8.09, and per
the Carmel Thoroughfare Plan. It is the responsibility of the property owner to install this
pathway as shown on the approved development plan.
The City's standard procedure requires installation of paths and sidewalks to occur at the time
of building construction, and that final Certificate of Occupancy for buildings be held until all
aspects of the project are completed, including site improvements such as landscaping and, in
this instance, pedestrian infrastructure (the path).
Prior to construction of the pathway, please contact the Hamilton County Highway
Department (317 773 7770), in order to obtain the necessary approvals for working within
their right-of-way.
If you have questions regarding any of the above, please call me at 317 571-2417.
Yours truly,
/i/ or.0
