777.80 feet; South 88 °38'05" West 184.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described real estate; thence
continuing South 88 °38'05" West 267.05 feet to a point on' the East right -of -way line of Pro -Med lane, the grant of
right -of -way of which Is recorded In instrument Number 95 -51428 in the Office of the Hamilton County Recorder,
thence on and along said right -of -way line the following eight (8) courses:
