I, the undersigned, a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Indiana, certify that this survey was prepared under my
supervision and, to the best of my knowledge and belief, was executed according to survey requirements in 865 IAC 1 -12 for
an Original survey.
Property Address: 1813 East 109th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46280
Property Description: Part of Lot 2 in Woodland Fifth Section, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, pages
88 -89, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
Begin at Ule northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence south 350 feet to the southwest corner of said lot, thence east 197.61'
feet along the south line of said lot to a point, thence north parallel with the west line of said lot to the west edge of the
road adjoining said lot, thence northwest along and following the curvature of said lot line and road to the point of beginning.

In accordance with Title 865, Article 1.1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code, the following observations and opinions
are submitted of the cause and amount of uncertainty in the position of the lines and corners established on this survey as a
result of:
(A) Availability and condition of referenced monuments.
(B) Occupation or possession lines
(C) Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and of ad joiner's descriptions, and the relationship of the lines of the
subject tract with adjoiner's lines.
(D) The Relative positional accuracy of the measurements.
(A) Reference Monuments:
Monuments which control the lines and corners of the surveyed property are those called for on the recorded subdivision plat.
This survey based on:
1.) Iron pin recovered at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6- 17 -4E.
2.) Railroad Spike recovered at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6- 17 -4E.
Record measurements from South and West lines of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6 -17 -4 are as shown on the plot of
Jordan Woods Sixth Section, held this survey.
The maximum uncertainty associated with reference monuments as it affects the surveyed property is ±2.20 feet.
Unless noted otherwise, monuments set this survey are 5/8" diameter x 24" long rebor with red cap stamped FIRM #0066
placed at ground level.
(B) Possession Lines:
1.) No conflicts were discovered concerning possession lines.
(C) Record Descriptions:
1.) The within described parcel is a part of the real estate described in Instr. #2001- 35602.
(D) Relative Positional Accuracy of Measurement:
The accuracy of this survey is within the acceptable relative positional accuracy for a Suburban Survey.
