1. FOUNDATIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR A MAXIMUM SOIL BEARING PRESSURE OF 2000 PSF AT BOTTOM
OF WALL FOOTINGS. (NET PRESSURE)
2. BOTTOM OF FOOTING ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON PLANS AND DETAILS ARE ESTIMATED. THE REGISTERED
