The Emergency Coordinator will then take the following actions: a. Barricade the area allowing no vehicles to enter or leave the spill zone. b. The developer /homeowner's association shall be continually kept informed, maintain lists of qualified contractors and available Vac-trucks, tank pumpers and other equipment readily accessible for clean -up operations. In addition, a continually updated list of available absorbent materials and cleanup supplies should be kept on site. 2. All maintenance personnel will be made aware of techniques for prevention of spills. They will be kept abreast of current development or new information on the prevention of spills and/or necessary alteration to this plan. 3.
