State of Indiana, and being a portion of the real estate described in that certain Warranty Deed to Robert Dapper, recorded as Inst. No. 9509921 in the Office
of the Hamilton County Recorder, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 54 seconds East (be ' ing the basis of
bearings for this description, and taken from the Secondary Plat of Cedar Lake, Section Two, recorded as Inst. No. 8731764) along the East line of said
Northwest Quarter Section 1591.18 feet to the Northeast corner of said Inst. No. 9509921, this and the following five (5) calls being along the Eastern,
Southern, Western and Northern lines thereof; 1) thence continuing South 00 degrees 09 minutes 54 seconds Fast along said East Quarter Section line 154.00
feet; 2) thence South 88 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds West, parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter Section, 37.07 feet to the Southwest
corner of the real estate described in that certain Deed to The City of Carmel, recorded as Inst. No. 9909918961, said corner being the POINT OF BEGINNING
of the real estate described herein; 3) thence continuing South 88 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds West 281.23 feet; 4) thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes
54 seconds West, parallel to the aforesaid East Quarter Section line, 154.00 feet; 5) thence North 88 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds East, parallel to the
North line of said Northwest Quarter Section, 275.45 feet to the Northwest corner of said Inst. No. 9909918961; thence South 02 degrees 18 minutes 51
seconds East along the West line thereof 153.98 feet to the Southwest corner thereof and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, containing 0.984 acres,
more or less,

This record plat consists of 2 lots numbered 1 and 2, all inclusive, with streets and easements as shown hereon, and is to be known as Dapper Estates.
The size of lots, widths of streets and easements are shoran on this plat by figures denoting feet and decimal parts thereof.
The within described real estate represents a portion of the real estate as determined by a Real Estate Boundary Survey as prepared by SEA Group, LLC and
was certified b y Brian C. Rismiller on October 24, 2007, the survey of which is recorded as Inst. No. 2007060684 in the Hamilton County Recorder's Office.
This plat is subject to all legal easements, covenants, rights of way, and restrictions of record.

Dapper Estates Easement Information
The Ingress, Egress and Access Easement shown hereon is to be a common, private, and shared easement to allow both lots equal right and ability to access
the Public Right of Way commonly known as Rohrer Road, and at no time may this access be blocked, changed or reestablished without consent of the
owners of both lots, including, but not limited to, any repairs, revitalization, improvements, or automobile parking within this Easement area No substantial
visible improvements are allowed without the some consent by both owners and all improvements must meet any and all established regulations by that certain
authority having jurisdiction over this Plat.
Any existing utilities within this plat are hereby permitted to be shared by both Lots, and this Plat hereby establishes a blanket easement to provide for said
existing utilities.
