From: Donahue-Wold, Alexia K Sent: Thursday, February 07, 2013 12:54 PM To: Lux, Pamela K Cc: Conn, Angelina-V Subject: Cottages at Carmel Hi Pam, Here is the process that we worked out (originally for Village Green) for attached dwellings that do not want to record each lot until after they have poured foundations. The approval process that we decided on is as follows: 1. Apply for a replat with the planning and zoning office 2. Apply for and Obtain Building Permits 3. Build the Foundations 4. Perform New Surveys 5. Record the Replat 6. Continue Construction. Before Building& Code Services (BCS) will do any Rough-in Inspections, though, the Replat must be obtained. Thanks, Alexia • • 1 •
