Carmel Drive. APPROVED:Docket No.13020003 V: Development Standards Variance for no parking between a building and the street. PETITIONER WITHDREW:Docket No.13020004 V:Development Standards Variance for no ground sign permitted, only one street frontage. Please be advised that per Section:30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid:for three(3)years. By that time,either"continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this.Department.The expiration date of the approval is April 22,2016.
