TOPOGRAPHIC, DRAINAGE, AND GENERAL SITE FEATURES
2A. The site presently is an office building with parking lots, lawn eas,
landscape beds, and sidewalks.
26. Existing storm sewers presently drain the poved portions of the site. A
portion of the site located along the west property line drains, via culvert,
to the existing bdivision to the west.
2C. There is no designated floodway or floodwoy finge associated
with the site.
2D. A soils mcp is shown on this Shee
2E. Existing contours are shown.
Proposed spot shots are shown on the grading and drninage plan.
2F. Stormwater wll discharge to on existing storm sewer system that drains to
an existing retention pond locoted south of ttie site.
2G. The site will outlet into an existing retentiai pond which outlets to a ditch
that flows to YIliams Creek.
2H. The storm water ains an existing retentian pond tocated south of the site.
The pond is clay lined which eliminotes possbility for starmwater to enter the
