Surveyor's Report
1. In accordance with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative
Code ("Rule 12"}, the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding
the various uncertainties in the locations of the lines and corners estabiished this
survey as a resuit of uncertainties in reference monumentation; in record
descriptions and plats; in lines of occupation; and as introduced by random errors
in measursment ("Theoretical Uncertainty"). There may be unwritten rights
associated with these uncertainties. The client should assume there is an amourlt
of uncertainty along any line equal in magnitude to the discrepancy in the locotion
of the lines of possession from the surveyed lines.
There may be differences of deed dimensions versus measured dimensions along
the boundpry lines shown hereon and, likewise, there may be found survey markers
near, but not precisely at, some boundary eorners. In cases where the magnitude
of these differences are less than the Theoretical Uncertainty stated below, less
than the Positional Tolerance (stated in the certi�cation in the case of an
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey), and less thon the uncertainty identifled for the
reference monumentation (discussed below), the differences may be considered
insignificant and are shown only for purposes of mqthematical ciosure. Such
differences that are greater than the Theoretical Uncertainty, Positional Tolerance
and the ur�certainty in reference monumentation should be considered worthy of
notice and are the�efore discussed further below.
Unless otherwise noted or depicted hereon, there is no evidence of occupation
along the perimeter lines of the subject tract. All survey mpnuments set or found
th(s survey are fluSh with existing grade unless otherwise noted.

C Survey (0.50 feet) as defined in IAC 865,
T h e w it h in survey is an update of a previous done by The $chneider Co rporation
job number 3996.002 dated January 4, 2002.
Part of Section 11 wos traversed at the time of the original surveys for the
purpose of controliing the various boundary lines. A 5/S inch rebar was recovered
at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter, A PK Nail was recovered at the
southwest corner of said quarter section. In my opinion, there is 0.5 feet of
uncertainty in the location of these monuments. No monument was found at th�
southeast corner of said quarter section. ihe location is based upon previous
surveys done by The Sehneider Corporation job number 521.
mere are no deed gaps or overiap$ between the deed lines of the sub ject parcel
and any adjoining deed parceis.
A 9 fopt high wood privacy #ence exists along the west line of the subject parce)
as shown hereon. The fence is generally along the line except at the northwestern
most corner were the fence is os much as 5 feet east of the line as shown
hereon.
An 8 foot high brick wall (16" width) with 2.Q foot by 2.7 foot columns exists
along the north line of the subject parcel. The wall varies from 0.4 feet south to
1.2 feet south of the north line at the northwest corner. (See detail hereon)

scale uncertainty and to any oth�� uncertainty in location or elevation on the
referenced Flood Insurance Rate Mflp. The within described tract of land lies within
Flood Hazqrd Zone X(unshaded) as said tract plots by scale on Community PanQl
Number 180081 0208 F and 180081 0216 � the Flood Insurance Rate Maps #or the
City of Carmel, Hamilton County, lndiana (maps dated February 19, 2003).
