Dear Mr.Salain:
At the meeting held Monday,April 22,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 4417 Serengeti Circle.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.13030003 V,13030004 V and 13030005 V:Development Standards Variances for minimum
25 feet setback behind front building line(0 requested); maximum ground floor area(720 square feet permitted, 1316
square feet requested);and maximum height(18 feet permitted, 19 feet requested).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is April 22,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
