The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: Ed Martin Buick/ GMC wants to replace an existing service sign with a sign that conforms to the new GMC image standards, which will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: Ed Martin Buick/GMC is replacing an existing sign which will have no adverse visual effect for the adjacent properties . 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: By not receiving the sign variance Ed Martin Buick/GMC will not be able to conform to the new image and signage package set fourth by GMC Corp. This in turn will affect there standing with Corporate in regards to other Buick/ GMC throughout the country DECISION IT IS THEREFORE the decision of the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals that Development Standards Variance Docket No. 130 BOO/a V is granted, subject to any conditions stated in the minutes of this Board, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. 11 Adopted this a day of 62,"6" , 20 /J5 .
