We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Jim and Dona Rice. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit. This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four-sided elevations. The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and installation will be the following: • Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick • Landscape Plan Please let me know what additional information we can provide to you.
