Per our discussion I am committing to the following action steps. Option "A" - Install a layer of #8 stone in the alley at the Applegate Subdivision in addition to an underdrain tied into the county drain tile which shall be covered with pervious paving material. We understand that this is your preferred method of storm water management, however you have stated that you are willing to accept Option "B" if Option "A" is found to be unfeasible. Option "B" - Mitigate the storm volume from Applegate off site at the Reading Tree Park site in conjunction with the flood plain work already proposed at RTP relating to lot #1. I understand that either plan must be approved by you and implemented prior to the release of the C.O. for Lot #3 at Applegate. Please release the hold on the permit for lot #3 Applegate at this time. Sincerely, Justin -- Justin Moffett The Old Town Design Group 317.966.2023 phone justin@otdg.net
