Dear Mr. Carmosino:
At the meeting held Tuesday, May 7, 2013, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 750 East
Carmel Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 13040017 V: Development Standards Variance for compliance with the Transportation Plan,
reduced Right -of -Way requested with Commitments:
Dedicate the additional 10 feet of Right -of -Way when needed, with no variances required for sign or
landscaping.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approvals must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 7, 2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
