Yes,.they will have blue day and night. And we'll make sure the Letter of Grant is very clear that they are the
only tenant to deviate from the sign package for the center.
Thanks!

Sounds like a good plan to me for Goodwill. Do they have blue 24/7? Either way is fine w/me.
And thanks so much for getting back w/us so promptly on this issue, Rachel. Great job.

Sue Westermeier

Committee Members,
I have attached the minutes and the sign portion of the packet the petitioners presented back in 2005 to
the Plan Commission for Maplecrest Commons. (It was further back than we thought...) I believe the
reason they were allowed to have red and white signs is because that's all they presented. I imagine that
the Plan Commission would not suggest additional colors and thought there would not be an issue with
only red or white.
I think allowing Goodwill to have blue is ok but we need to limit this so other tenants can't keep coming
to ask for different colors. Perhaps a good way to say that is state that only the main tenant can deviate
from the original approved sign package. We can say they're the main tenant because they're occupying
at least 50%, if not more of the center. Sound like a good idea?
Thanks for the input.
