(It was further back than we thought...) I believe the reason they were allowed to have red and white signs is because that's all they presented. I imagine that the Plan Commission would not suggest additional colors and thought there would not be an issue with only red or white. I think allowing Goodwill to have blue is ok but we need to limit this so other tenants can't keep coming to ask for different colors. Perhaps a good way to say that is state that only the main tenant can deviate from the original approved sign package. We can say they're the main tenant because they're occupying at least 50%, if not more of the center. Sound like a good idea? Thanks for the input.
