You are correct that the land has not been transferred back to CRC. That is intended to be part of the "final" closing
with Carmel Arts, in which Carmel Arts will convey Unit D to 4CDC and the Building Owners' Association and Condo
Owners'Association will be formed.

Subject: Property taxes for the land under the Lurie building
Good Morning Ryan,
I have attached a copy of property tax information about the ground under the Lurie Building. The paperwork shows the
land was transferred from the CRC to Carmel Arts on October 27, 2009. Les thinks that was done for building financing
purposes, and that the land was to be transferred back to the CRC. This has apparently not be returned. Please clarify
this situation for us.
