That is intended to be part of the "final" closing with Carmel Arts, in which Carmel Arts will convey Unit D to 4CDC and the Building Owners' Association and Condo Owners'Association will be formed. The paperwork shows the land was transferred from the CRC to Carmel Arts on October 27, 2009. Les thinks that was done for building financing purposes, and that the land was to be transferred back to the CRC. This has apparently not be returned. Please clarify this situation for us.
