All unsuitable material and all surplus excavated material not required shall be removed from the site. B. Provide and place any additional NII material from offstte as may be necessary to produce the grades required on plans. Fill obtained from offsite shall be of quality as specified for fills herein and the source approved by the Developer. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor for any costs for fill needed. 2. REMOVAL OF TREES A. All trees and stumps from area to be occupied by a rood surface area.
