Atapco is the owner of the subject 34 acres located on the northeast and southeast corners of Carmel Drive and Guilford Road. The property` is zoned M3 (manufacturing) and is' outlined-on the attached aerial photograph. Atapco's property is uniquely situated as a gateway between the Meridian Corridor -and the City Center. As set forth in the PUD Ordinance,'Atapco's vision is to enhance this unique location by T__ rov diri well suited- and °a ro riate transition through-an inte ration of mixed -uses � �includin - p g 1 P p g � g family, retail and office. As fully detailed and illustrated in this submittal, this synergistic mix of uses will be delivered with ahigh level of site design,; architecture and landscaping.
