THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE NOT OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY OR DETAIL, TO INDICATE THE NATURE AND EXTENT
OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND ORDINANCES.
