EROSION CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
1) This plan is designed as an attempt to prevent any and all
sediment from leaving the construction site by way of erosion. If
erosion of sediment from the site is taking place, the owner shall
take preventative action immediately. The engineer shall be
consulted in the event this happens.
2) Temporary seeding is to be applied to any graded area that will
remain unaltered for an extended period of time.
3) Permanent seeding is to be applied immediately to areas that have
achieved final and finished grade.
4) Preserve existing vegetation on the site whenever and wherever
possible to prevent topsoil erosion.
5) All sediment capturing measures ore to be implemented prior to the
disturbance of the construction area they are intended to service.
6) All erosion control measures proposed ore to be property
maintained to continue their effectiveness.
EROSION CONTROL
A TEMPORARY SEEDING MIXTURE IN THE AREAS WHERE STRIPPING
OR FILL HAVE BEEN GRADED SHALL BE SEEDED FOR SILT EROSION
PROTECTION. AFTER GRADING, ALL CONSTRUCTION AREAS ARE TO BE
SEEDED AS FOLLOWS:
A. SWALE SEEDING: SEED AND FERTILIZE WITHIN CONSTRUCTION
LIANTS WITH 5/ /ACRE "REDTOP GRASS -. 20/ /ACRE 'RYE
GRASS% 20/ /ACRE "BLUEGRASS 25/ /ACRE 'FESCUE" AND
600/ /ACRE 12 -12 -12 FERTILIZER.
B. CUT/FILL SEEDING (ALONG PAVED AREAS): SEED AND FERTILIZE

EROSION CONTROL STATEMENT:
1. THE SCOPE OF THE WORK IS TO REESTABLISH VEGETATIVE COVER
BY SEEDING, EITHER PERMANENT\TEMPORARY, OR EROSION CONTROL
TYPES, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. AFTER FINISH GRADING, ALL
CONSTRUCTION AREAS ARE TO BE SEEDED_
2. PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY SEEDING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE DETAILS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN.
3. EROSION CONTROL SEEDING: AN INTERIM SEEDING TO BE APPLIED
TO ALL DISTURBED AREAS AS SOON AS FINAL GRADING IS
ESTABLISHED. MIX AND APPLY AS SHOWN IN THE
SPECIFICATIONS. (IF THIS SEEDING IS APPLIED IMMEDIATELY
UPON FINISH GRADING, IT CAN SAVE SOME OF THE FURTHER
SEEDING AND LENGTHEN THE DURATION BETWEEN THE MAINTENANCE
OF THE SILTATION TRAPS AND BARRIERS.)
4. IF GRADING OCCURS DURING DECEMBER, JANUARY OR FEBRUARY,
DORMANT SEEDING PROCEDURES SHALL BE USED. IT IS
IMPERATIVE THAT ALL SEDIMENT FILTERS AND TRAPS ARE IN
PLACE PRIOR TO BULK EARTHMOVING OR CLEARING OPERATIONS
COMMENCE.
5. DURING DRY WEATHER, KEEP LAWNS WATERED WITH SPRINKLERS OR
OTHER APPROVED METHODS. RESEED ANY AREAS NOT GERMINATING
OR DAMAGED AT INTERVALS AS MAY BE REQUIRED ACCORDING TO
SEASONAL CONDITION AND /OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. WATER
GRASS AND EXECUTE NECESSARY WEEDING UNTIL FULL STAND OF
GRASS HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
6. IF DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, THE CONTRACTOR IS ABLE
TO MAINTAIN A 25' MINIMUM WIDTH OF VEGETATIVE COVER AROUND
THE PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. THIS WILL
GREATLY REDUCE OR IN SOME CASES ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR
SOME SILTATION BARRIERS.
7. THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS EROSION CONTROL
PLAN IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND /OR
OWNER.
8. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS AND /OR OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY
TO MINIMIZE SEDIMENTATION (FROM ON -SITE CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITY) FROM BEING DEPOSITED ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES
AND RECEIVING STREAMS /DITCHES IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH
"RULE 5' (327 IAC 15 -5, CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY STORMWATER
RUNOFF CONTROL). IT SHALL ALSO BE THE CONTRACTORS OR
OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ANY APPROVALS REQUIRED
FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE NOTICE
OF INTENT LETTER TO THE OFFICE OF WATER MANAGEMENT,
INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO
ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.
EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES
1. *CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE IS TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO ANY
CONSTRUCTION ON SITE.
2. IF SEDIMENT IS TO RISE ABOVE ONE THIRD THE HEIGHT OF ANY
EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURE, THE STRUCTURE SHOULD BE CLEARED
OF ALL SEDIMENTATION.
3. EROSION CONTROL IS TO BE MAINTAINED THROUGH THE TOTAL
COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
4. ALL INLETS AND EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES ARE TO BE
CHECKED ONCE A WEEK AND AFTER EACH RAINFALL TO INSURE
PROPER PROTECTION FROM SEDIMENTATION.
5. ALL EXISTING STORM STRUCTURES THAT DRAIN UNDER COUNTY
ROADS OR TOWARD ADJACENT PROPERTIES SHALL BE PROTECTED AS
SHOWN ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
6. IF SOIL IS TO BE STOCKPILED, IT SHALL BE SURROUNDED WITH A SILT FENCE
TO PREVENT EROSION.
7. SILT TRAPS ARE TO PROTECT ALL EARTH DITCH INLETS.
8. PRIOR TO EARTH WORK, MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT EROSION INTO
EXISTING WATERSHEDS, AND PREVENT SILTATION ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
PERMANENT VEGETATIVE STABILIZATION
MULCH MAY BE APPLIED ANY TIME CONDITIONS ARE SUITABLE
FOR SPREADING ANCHORING REGARDLESS OF VEGETATIVE COVER. SOME
EXAMPLES OF SUITABLE MULCH INCLUDE:
1, AIR DRIED WHEAT, BARLEY, OAT, OR RYE STRAW, FREE FROM
NOXIOUS WEEDS AND OTHER FOREIGN MATTER. IT SHOULD BE
SPREAD UNIFORMLY SO 80% OF THE SURFACE IS COVERED FIVE OR
SIX STRAWS THICK (TWO BALES PER 1000 SO. FT. OR
APPROXIMATELY TWO TONS PER ACRE).
2. EXCELSIOR BLANKET, JUTE NETTING, PAPER FABRIC, OR A
SIMILAR SYSTEM APPLIED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS'
SPECIFICATIONS.
3. WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER MIXED WITH WATER AND APPLIED WITH A
HYDRO- SEEDER TO FORM A DENSE MAT AFTER DRYING. IT IS BEST
SUITED TO SITES HAVING SLOPES LESS THAN 3% IN GRADE AND
LESS THAN 150 FEET IN LENGTH.
WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER SHOULD NOT CONTAIN GROWTH OR
GERMINATION INHIBITING FACTORS AND SHOULD BE DYED GREEN FOR
METERING. IT SHOULD BE APPLIED IN A UNIFORM MANNER AT A RATE
OF 1,200 POUNDS PER ACRE. MIXING AND APPLICATION SHOULD BE
PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
STRAW MULCH SHOULD BE ANCHORED BY PRESSING STRAW INTO
THE SOIL A DEPTH OF TWO INCHES WITH THE USE OF A MULCH
ANCHORING TOOL. OR SECURING WITH TWINE OR HEAVY STRING AROUND
PEGS OR STAPLES.
ALL MULCH INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES ARE TO CONFORM WITH THE
URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLANNING GUIDE, FOURTH EDITION, JUNE 1990.
STONE HAVEN CONSISTS OF 36 LOTS AS SHOWN ON THE
ENCLOSED PLANS. STREET AND SWALE AREAS WILL REQUIRE CUT
CONDITIONS AND PADS WILL REQUIRE BOTH CUT AND /OR IN SPECIFIC
AREAS. NATURAL TOPOGRAPHY WILL BE UTILIZED WHERE POSSIBLE
AND EXISTING VEGETATION WILL BE MAINTAINED IN AREAS WHERE POSSIBLE.
PROPOSED START DATE FOR CONSTRUCTION WILL BE EARLY SPRING
OF 1996 WITH COMPLETION SCHEDULED FOR SUMMER 1996.
HOUSE CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN UPON COMPLETION OF

FENCE /STRAW BALES TO PROTECT THE STREET FROM
SEDIMENTATION. ANY CURB /BEEHIVE INLETS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY
WHICH ARE NOT PROTECTED SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SILTATION
PROTECTION. EACH LOT MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SILT
FENCE /STRAW BALES TO PROTECT ADJACENT LOTS THAT HAVE
BEEN COMPLETED.

EROSION CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
1) This plan is designed as an attempt to prevent any and all
sediment from leaving the construction site by way of erosion. If
erosion of sediment from the site is taking place, the owner shall
take preventative action immediately. The engineer shall be
consulted in the event this happens.
2) Temporary seeding is to be applied to any graded area that will
remain unaltered for an extended period of time.
3) Permanent seeding is to be applied immediately to areas that have
achieved final and finished grade.
4) Preserve existing vegetation on the site whenever and wherever
possible to prevent topsoil erosion.
5) All sediment capturing measures ore to be implemented prior to the
disturbance of the construction area they are intended to service.
6) All erosion control measures proposed ore to be property
maintained to continue their effectiveness.

TYPES, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. AFTER FINISH GRADING, ALL
CONSTRUCTION AREAS ARE TO BE SEEDED_
2. PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY SEEDING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE DETAILS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN.
3. EROSION CONTROL SEEDING: AN INTERIM SEEDING TO BE APPLIED
TO ALL DISTURBED AREAS AS SOON AS FINAL GRADING IS
ESTABLISHED. MIX AND APPLY AS SHOWN IN THE
SPECIFICATIONS. (IF THIS SEEDING IS APPLIED IMMEDIATELY

6. IF DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, THE CONTRACTOR IS ABLE
TO MAINTAIN A 25' MINIMUM WIDTH OF VEGETATIVE COVER AROUND
THE PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. THIS WILL
GREATLY REDUCE OR IN SOME CASES ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR

7. THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS EROSION CONTROL
PLAN IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND /OR
OWNER.
8. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS AND /OR OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY
TO MINIMIZE SEDIMENTATION (FROM ON -SITE CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITY) FROM BEING DEPOSITED ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES
AND RECEIVING STREAMS /DITCHES IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH

EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURE, THE STRUCTURE SHOULD BE CLEARED
OF ALL SEDIMENTATION.
3. EROSION CONTROL IS TO BE MAINTAINED THROUGH THE TOTAL
COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
4. ALL INLETS AND EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES ARE TO BE
CHECKED ONCE A WEEK AND AFTER EACH RAINFALL TO INSURE
PROPER PROTECTION FROM SEDIMENTATION.
5. ALL EXISTING STORM STRUCTURES THAT DRAIN UNDER COUNTY
ROADS OR TOWARD ADJACENT PROPERTIES SHALL BE PROTECTED AS
SHOWN ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
6. IF SOIL IS TO BE STOCKPILED, IT SHALL BE SURROUNDED WITH A SILT FENCE
TO PREVENT EROSION.
7. SILT TRAPS ARE TO PROTECT ALL EARTH DITCH INLETS.
8. PRIOR TO EARTH WORK, MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT EROSION INTO
EXISTING WATERSHEDS, AND PREVENT SILTATION ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
PERMANENT VEGETATIVE STABILIZATION
MULCH MAY BE APPLIED ANY TIME CONDITIONS ARE SUITABLE
FOR SPREADING ANCHORING REGARDLESS OF VEGETATIVE COVER. SOME
EXAMPLES OF SUITABLE MULCH INCLUDE:

SPREAD UNIFORMLY SO 80% OF THE SURFACE IS COVERED FIVE OR

APPROXIMATELY TWO TONS PER ACRE).
2. EXCELSIOR BLANKET, JUTE NETTING, PAPER FABRIC, OR A
SIMILAR SYSTEM APPLIED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS'
SPECIFICATIONS.
3. WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER MIXED WITH WATER AND APPLIED WITH A
HYDRO- SEEDER TO FORM A DENSE MAT AFTER DRYING. IT IS BEST
SUITED TO SITES HAVING SLOPES LESS THAN 3% IN GRADE AND
LESS THAN 150 FEET IN LENGTH.
WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER SHOULD NOT CONTAIN GROWTH OR
GERMINATION INHIBITING FACTORS AND SHOULD BE DYED GREEN FOR
METERING. IT SHOULD BE APPLIED IN A UNIFORM MANNER AT A RATE
OF 1,200 POUNDS PER ACRE. MIXING AND APPLICATION SHOULD BE
PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
STRAW MULCH SHOULD BE ANCHORED BY PRESSING STRAW INTO
THE SOIL A DEPTH OF TWO INCHES WITH THE USE OF A MULCH

EROSION CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
1) This plan is designed as an attempt to prevent any and all
sediment from leaving the construction site by way of erosion. If
erosion of sediment from the site is taking place, the owner shall
take preventative action immediately. The engineer shall be
consulted in the event this happens.
2) Temporary seeding is to be applied to any graded area that will
remain unaltered for an extended period of time.

EROSION CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
1) This plan is designed as an attempt to prevent any and all
sediment from leaving the construction site by way of erosion. If
erosion of sediment from the site is taking place, the owner shall
take preventative action immediately. The engineer shall be
consulted in the event this happens.
2) Temporary seeding is to be applied to any graded area that will
remain unaltered for an extended period of time.
3) Permanent seeding is to be applied immediately to areas that have
achieved final and finished grade.

EROSION CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
1) This plan is designed as an attempt to prevent any and all
sediment from leaving the construction site by way of erosion. If
erosion of sediment from the site is taking place, the owner shall
take preventative action immediately. The engineer shall be
consulted in the event this happens.
2) Temporary seeding is to be applied to any graded area that will
remain unaltered for an extended period of time.
3) Permanent seeding is to be applied immediately to areas that have
achieved final and finished grade.
4) Preserve existing vegetation on the site whenever and wherever
possible to prevent topsoil erosion.
5) All sediment capturing measures ore to be implemented prior to the
disturbance of the construction area they are intended to service.
6) All erosion control measures proposed ore to be property
maintained to continue their effectiveness.
EROSION CONTROL
A TEMPORARY SEEDING MIXTURE IN THE AREAS WHERE STRIPPING
OR FILL HAVE BEEN GRADED SHALL BE SEEDED FOR SILT EROSION
PROTECTION. AFTER GRADING, ALL CONSTRUCTION AREAS ARE TO BE
SEEDED AS FOLLOWS:
A. SWALE SEEDING: SEED AND FERTILIZE WITHIN CONSTRUCTION
LIANTS WITH 5/ /ACRE "REDTOP GRASS -. 20/ /ACRE 'RYE

EROSION CONTROL STATEMENT:
1. THE SCOPE OF THE WORK IS TO REESTABLISH VEGETATIVE COVER
BY SEEDING, EITHER PERMANENT\TEMPORARY, OR EROSION CONTROL
TYPES, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. AFTER FINISH GRADING, ALL
CONSTRUCTION AREAS ARE TO BE SEEDED_
2. PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY SEEDING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE DETAILS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN.
3. EROSION CONTROL SEEDING: AN INTERIM SEEDING TO BE APPLIED
TO ALL DISTURBED AREAS AS SOON AS FINAL GRADING IS
ESTABLISHED. MIX AND APPLY AS SHOWN IN THE
SPECIFICATIONS. (IF THIS SEEDING IS APPLIED IMMEDIATELY
UPON FINISH GRADING, IT CAN SAVE SOME OF THE FURTHER
SEEDING AND LENGTHEN THE DURATION BETWEEN THE MAINTENANCE
OF THE SILTATION TRAPS AND BARRIERS.)
4. IF GRADING OCCURS DURING DECEMBER, JANUARY OR FEBRUARY,
DORMANT SEEDING PROCEDURES SHALL BE USED. IT IS
IMPERATIVE THAT ALL SEDIMENT FILTERS AND TRAPS ARE IN
PLACE PRIOR TO BULK EARTHMOVING OR CLEARING OPERATIONS
COMMENCE.
5. DURING DRY WEATHER, KEEP LAWNS WATERED WITH SPRINKLERS OR
OTHER APPROVED METHODS. RESEED ANY AREAS NOT GERMINATING
OR DAMAGED AT INTERVALS AS MAY BE REQUIRED ACCORDING TO
SEASONAL CONDITION AND /OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. WATER
GRASS AND EXECUTE NECESSARY WEEDING UNTIL FULL STAND OF
GRASS HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
6. IF DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, THE CONTRACTOR IS ABLE
TO MAINTAIN A 25' MINIMUM WIDTH OF VEGETATIVE COVER AROUND
THE PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. THIS WILL
GREATLY REDUCE OR IN SOME CASES ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR
SOME SILTATION BARRIERS.
7. THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS EROSION CONTROL
PLAN IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND /OR
OWNER.
8. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS AND /OR OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY
TO MINIMIZE SEDIMENTATION (FROM ON -SITE CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITY) FROM BEING DEPOSITED ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES
AND RECEIVING STREAMS /DITCHES IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH
"RULE 5' (327 IAC 15 -5, CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY STORMWATER
RUNOFF CONTROL). IT SHALL ALSO BE THE CONTRACTORS OR
OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ANY APPROVALS REQUIRED
FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE NOTICE
OF INTENT LETTER TO THE OFFICE OF WATER MANAGEMENT,
INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO
ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.
EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES
1. *CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE IS TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO ANY
CONSTRUCTION ON SITE.
2. IF SEDIMENT IS TO RISE ABOVE ONE THIRD THE HEIGHT OF ANY
EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURE, THE STRUCTURE SHOULD BE CLEARED
OF ALL SEDIMENTATION.
3. EROSION CONTROL IS TO BE MAINTAINED THROUGH THE TOTAL
COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
4. ALL INLETS AND EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES ARE TO BE
CHECKED ONCE A WEEK AND AFTER EACH RAINFALL TO INSURE
PROPER PROTECTION FROM SEDIMENTATION.
5. ALL EXISTING STORM STRUCTURES THAT DRAIN UNDER COUNTY
ROADS OR TOWARD ADJACENT PROPERTIES SHALL BE PROTECTED AS
SHOWN ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
6. IF SOIL IS TO BE STOCKPILED, IT SHALL BE SURROUNDED WITH A SILT FENCE
TO PREVENT EROSION.
7. SILT TRAPS ARE TO PROTECT ALL EARTH DITCH INLETS.
8. PRIOR TO EARTH WORK, MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT EROSION INTO
EXISTING WATERSHEDS, AND PREVENT SILTATION ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
PERMANENT VEGETATIVE STABILIZATION
MULCH MAY BE APPLIED ANY TIME CONDITIONS ARE SUITABLE
FOR SPREADING ANCHORING REGARDLESS OF VEGETATIVE COVER. SOME
EXAMPLES OF SUITABLE MULCH INCLUDE:
1, AIR DRIED WHEAT, BARLEY, OAT, OR RYE STRAW, FREE FROM
NOXIOUS WEEDS AND OTHER FOREIGN MATTER. IT SHOULD BE
SPREAD UNIFORMLY SO 80% OF THE SURFACE IS COVERED FIVE OR
SIX STRAWS THICK (TWO BALES PER 1000 SO. FT. OR
APPROXIMATELY TWO TONS PER ACRE).
2. EXCELSIOR BLANKET, JUTE NETTING, PAPER FABRIC, OR A
SIMILAR SYSTEM APPLIED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS'
SPECIFICATIONS.
3. WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER MIXED WITH WATER AND APPLIED WITH A
HYDRO- SEEDER TO FORM A DENSE MAT AFTER DRYING. IT IS BEST
SUITED TO SITES HAVING SLOPES LESS THAN 3% IN GRADE AND
LESS THAN 150 FEET IN LENGTH.
WOOD CELLULOSE FIBER SHOULD NOT CONTAIN GROWTH OR
GERMINATION INHIBITING FACTORS AND SHOULD BE DYED GREEN FOR
METERING. IT SHOULD BE APPLIED IN A UNIFORM MANNER AT A RATE
OF 1,200 POUNDS PER ACRE. MIXING AND APPLICATION SHOULD BE
PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
STRAW MULCH SHOULD BE ANCHORED BY PRESSING STRAW INTO
THE SOIL A DEPTH OF TWO INCHES WITH THE USE OF A MULCH
ANCHORING TOOL. OR SECURING WITH TWINE OR HEAVY STRING AROUND
PEGS OR STAPLES.
ALL MULCH INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES ARE TO CONFORM WITH THE
URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLANNING GUIDE, FOURTH EDITION, JUNE 1990.
STONE HAVEN CONSISTS OF 36 LOTS AS SHOWN ON THE
ENCLOSED PLANS. STREET AND SWALE AREAS WILL REQUIRE CUT
CONDITIONS AND PADS WILL REQUIRE BOTH CUT AND /OR IN SPECIFIC
AREAS. NATURAL TOPOGRAPHY WILL BE UTILIZED WHERE POSSIBLE
AND EXISTING VEGETATION WILL BE MAINTAINED IN AREAS WHERE POSSIBLE.
