The restrictions, limitations and covenants contained in the Declaration of Development Standards, Covenants and Restrictions of Carmel Science & Technology Park recorded on November 20. 1986 as Instrument #86 -26557 and contained in the "Conditional Secondary Plot of Carmel Science & Technology Park" as per plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 65 through 71 on November 20, 1986, are hereby imposed upon and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns. The within plat shall be known as: FINAL SECONDARY PLAT, LOT 1 OF BLOCK 14, CARMEL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK. No new street right of way is being dedicated by this plat.
